Volunteer Application

Thousand Smiles Foundation runs because of volunteers like you. We have a new process. Anyone who has not yet attended one of our clinics, please apply via this process. You will then be contacted when approved and given access to register for one of our four upcoming clinics. Eligibility Please note that certain volunteer positions require that you have special training and have current licensure. If you would like to participate as a doctor, nurse, dentist, dental anesthesiologist, dental assistant, speech therapist, or audiologist, you will be required to contact Mina at gminao@hotmail.com or 619-267-6960 and provide her with your credentials. These will be verified, added to your file, and approved by the health department in Mexico prior to participating. We ask that you begin this process at least one month before the scheduled clinic date. If you have not done this yet, please do so before registering bellow.
